Fans of the Cleveland Browns are apparently in full meltdown mode right now. This was supposed to be the year the once-hapless franchise made finally reached the NFL playoffs. Someone even called them "America's Team" in the offseason. Now, at least one of them is looking for a fight.
After a 2-4 start, including 0-3 at home inside FirstEnergy Stadium, many people are starting to slam the panic button. Losses to the Tennessee Titans, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks have proven to outweigh the wins against the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens. So much so that one supposed "fan" took out some frustration on one of the team's best players, defensive end Myles Garrett.
Preciate the video but how you gonna start recording AFTER I got punched 😂 Lmao you can’t make this stuff up. Dude took a pic. Gave me a soft bop. And SLID. #fakelove #jeremyisokay https://t.co/lg6QXnkdyC

Of all the players on the roster to physically attack, the 6-foot-4, 275-pound Garrett would be one of the last people on the list. Yet, someone thought it would be a good idea after he asked the Pro Bowl selection to take a picture with him.
"A 'fan' hopped out his car to take a picture with me and then punched me in my face," the Browns star posted on social media. "Hm, put your legs into it might have actually made me flinch."

Honestly, what kind of fan does this? Who tries to sucker punch an NFL player, let alone an elite pass rusher? Myles "Flash" Garrett was willing to take the picture, and this was the result. The details are just ridiculous, too.
"Was in my car, flagged me down for a picture and I cracked the window enough for the camera to get in my face," he replied on Twitter. "Took the pic and gave me a pillow tap."
Browns DE Myles Garrett, the former No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M, took some time to reply to some tweets as well.

Why not stand still after then 🤔

The Browns have a bye week before they face the New England Patriots. Let's hope nothing like this happens again, but, chances are, fans are going to be in an even greater panic mode by the middle of the season.
