Williams was a part of both the 2006 and 2008 championship teams before transferring to Eastern Illinois to finish out his collegiate career. He also had a short stint with the Seattle Seahawks before joining the Dallas Marshals in the Arena Football League.

He died after suffering a heart attack, according to a comment posted by Moody on his Instagram tribute. He had a previous heart scare when he collapsed in 2015 in DeSoto, Fla. while visiting family, according to Dallas News.
