Michigan commit Rashad Weaver is ready to channel his inner Alan Branch

Alan Branch is a Michigan legend, and while he was a tremendous football player during his time in Ann Arbor, the majority of his considerable legacy comes from exactly one play. That, of course, is the 350-pound Branch absolutely crushing former Penn State quarterback Anthony Morelli in 2006.

In "on the nose" fashion, 2016 commit Rashad Weaver simply tweeted the image of Branch lording over Morelli.

It is unclear what kind of mood Weaver was actually in at the time, but the motivation of a future Michigan defensive lineman laying out a Big Ten quarterback is a beautiful image for Maize and Blue nation.

The three-star defensive end from Fort Lauderdale (Cooper City), Fla., may not fully grasp the beauty of this particular tweet, but Rashad Weaver channeling his inner Alan Branch would be a fantastic thing for Harbaugh and his staff moving forward.
