It looks like another staff change at Notre Dame has cost them an important recruit.
It looks like three-star wide receiver Jordan Pouncey (6-foot-2, 185 pounds, Winter Park, Fla.) will be re-opening his recruitment, as Pouncey decommitted from Notre Dame on Wednesday with a statement via Twitter.

Pouncey is related to the NFL and former Florida Gator linemen, Mike and Maurkice Pouncey.
Though "only" a three-star recruit, Pouncey still has nearly 50 major offers. Miami is emerging as the new favorite for his recruitment, but 247Sports also lists Texas and Florida as potential destinations for Pouncey. He also holds offers from Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia, among others.
Notre Dame is now left with 17 commits in their 2017 recruiting class.
