The four-star CB is favored to land in Happy Valley with James Franklin and company, but he has taken visits to Georgia, Auburn and Tennessee recently, too. 247sports' Crystal Ball predictions gives Penn State a 67 percent chance of landing Miner.

Miner is the No. 29 CB in the class of 2018, per 247sports.
