The Oakland Raiders have been a mess all season long, but don't tell that to head coach Jon Gruden. Trading arguably the NFL's top defensive player, firing the general manager, and getting sued by the City of Oakland for the "illegal move" to Las Vegas next season isn't going to stop him from having a good time on the NFL sideline.
With a 6-10 record, there's been more bad than good on the gridiron this season. However, a 27-14 victory over the Denver Broncos was a fitting sendoff at Oakland Alameda Coliseum and certainly had Gruden in a great mood during Monday Night Football.
So if you like rock band play calls, cursing at officials and confessing your love for quarterback Derek Carr, take a few minutes to enjoy Gruden "Mic'd Up" by the NFL in Week 16:

Gruden, who is in his first season back with the Raiders, might not be a great football coach, but he sure is entertaining. That was definitely an all-time video and his postgame speech at the end was probably enough for some of his players to want to run through a brick wall.
"I'm really proud of you and I appreciate the effort. Believe me, the effort, the concentration, the details were there tonight. It gives us something to really build on. We're playing good football in December. We have one opportunity left and it's against the team we hate the most. Right, guys? Alright, they don't like us, either, so it's going to be a lot of fun." — Oakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden
The Raiders travel to face AFC West foe and rival Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday to close out the season and perhaps the final chapter of the franchise in Oakland before moving to Las Vegas.
You better believe Gruden will be fired up for it, too.
