Minutes after a report detailing accusations against Johnny Manziel including domestic violence and possible drug abuse, the former Texas A&M star released a statement strongly denying any abuse or drug use, per TMZ:
Manziel said "it didn't happen," while adding he knows he's "been having fun" before saying he's "100% committed to playing football."
According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, Manziel is not expected to be charged:
Dallas police do not plan to charge #Browns Manziel and their criminal investigation is closed. Fort Worth not charging him either

The Browns have no comment at this time, and according to Cabot, "have nothing to add" to their previous statement.
