Jabrill Peppers is spectacular.

As seen above, the dynamic, do-everything star of the Michigan Wolverines took a punt return to the house to essentially clinch a 45-28 win over Colorado on Saturday, and that was just the beginning. Peppers also returned a kick-off more than 50 yards (while annihilating an injured Colorado quarterback on the sideline), flirted with at least two more explosive punt returns, contributed 3.5 tackles for loss (as a hybrid safety/linebacker) and even generated a sack.

In short, Peppers was easily the most dominant player on the field on Saturday, and Jim Harbaugh anointed him as such after the game (h/t MLive.com):

"Jabrill Peppers proved he was the best player today. We don't win that game without Jabrill Peppers."

While it isn't entirely clear as to whether the Wolverines could have won in his absence given the 17-point margin, Harbaugh's point remains that Peppers is a cut above. Michigan is famous for employing the only defense-based Heisman Trophy winner ever in Charles Woodson, and Peppers follows a similar model of dominating defensively while contributing in the return game and on offense, where he had 28 yards rushing on only a handful of attempts.

Picking a highlight isn't always easy when it comes to Jabrill Peppers, and that says it all. He's just that dynamic.
