According to DawgNation, Webb said at The Opening that Georgia is the leader in his recruitment. Webb was apparently confident enough to say he would go to Georgia if he "had to commit today".

There was also this nugget from the DawgNation report:

Webb also said that there is a 100 percent chance that he and his first cousin D'Andre Swift will definitely go to the same school. They will also both commit at right about the same time in late August or in early September.

Swift is a five-star rated all-purpose back, and he and Webb would be quite the package deal for UGA.

Webb is the No. 12 wide receiver in the nation according to 247Sports, and the No. 81 player overall. He is also reportedly considering Penn State, North Carolina, and Maryland.
