Four-star recruit Will Mallory (6-foot-5, 207 pounds, Jacksonville, Fla.) is one of the top ten tight ends of the 2018 recruiting class. On Friday night, Mallory announced that he would be the newest member of the nation's No. 1 recruiting class, as he announced his commitment to Miami.

Clemson, Michigan, and Georgia were seen as potential competitors for Mallory, but in the end, Miami was seen as the favorite. With the commit, Miami now has two of the top tight ends of the 2018 class, as No. 1 tight end Brevin Jordan committed just a few days ago.

Miami now has 17 commitments for the 2018 class, and they have an enormous lead in most recruiting rankings.
