Linebacker Drew Singleton (6-foot-2, 215 pounds, Paramus, NJ) is a consensus four-star recruit, as all recruiting services have him as one of the top outside linebackers available in the 2017 recruiting class. On Saturday, Singleton released the Top 12 teams for his recruitment, a list that includes several SEC teams and a bunch of schools you might not expect to be in contention with them.

Singleton is the No. 1 recruit out of New Jersey, which is why there is a concentration of teams from the north east. The current favorite, though, is Michigan; 247Sports gives the Wolverines a 96-percent chance of gaining Singleton's commitment.
