According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Tammy Sytch — better known by WWE fans as "Sunny" — was arrested in New Jersey on Tuesday on six charges of "Contempt - Disobedience/resistance". The charges are related to Sytch failing to fulfill obligations related to her parole, and PWinsider noted that a bench warrant was actually issued for Sytch all the way back in August.
Sytch has been in and out of trouble with the law over the past several year, with PWInsider reporting that Sytch was arrested four separate times between 2015 and 2016, including three incidents of DUI. The report says that Sytch avoided prison time on her last charge by attending WWE sponsored rehab.
Sytch is most famous for her role in the then-WWF in the 1990s, where she worked as a valet and manager for several superstars. Sytch perhaps most became known for the controversy surrounding Shawn Michaels in Bret Hart in 1997, where Michaels openly accused Hart of having an affair with Sytch while Hart was married.
Sytch was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.
