Florida has been in need of two more key assistants, including running backs coach. It looks like the Gators may be closing in on a new one though as West Virginia running backs coach JaJuan Seider looks to be nearing a deal to take the same position with the Gators.
JaJuan Seider is a home-run hire for Florida and Jim McElwain, especially on the recruiting front.

The Mountaineers averaged over 225 rushing yards last season while the Gators averaged about 100 yards less than that. From what it looks like, the hire would be a great one for Florida as he has a great reputation with high school coaches down south already.
@AlligatorArmy Huge if true! Folks around here will figure out quick. He's got a great rep in the high school community

He's been at West Virginia for four seasons, but is a Belle Glade, Fla. native so that should definitely help on the recruiting trail with so much talent down there. With this hire, all that is left for Florida to do is to hire an offensive line coach after Mike Summers left for Louisville.
