College GameDay is one of the most popular programs on ESPN, and they've visited dozens of campuses across the country over the last two-plus decades.
College GameDay senior coordinating producer Lee Fitting and ESPN reporter Tom Rinaldi conducted a Q-and-A session, and Fitting revealed the one school to turn down College GameDay.

Cal hasn't been good enough to warrant a GameDay appearance in several years, but they probably won't turn them down the next time the program wants to visit Berkeley.
