It was the Dallas Cowboys last week, and now it's Green Bay Packers fans who are clamoring for a blown call.

This time, it was a Packers turnover that had fans questioning the refs:

The rule was explained by the Senior VP of officiating Dean Blandino:

Gained possession with left leg touching the goal line so it is a touchback. Momentum and ball at 1-yd line if body part not in EZ.

Explain how that was not a safety? He fumbled and when the Falcons recovered he rolled into the end zone and was downed there.
