Florida State has been losing a ton of talent to the NFL Draft since the regular season ended, but it looks like they can count on one stud coming back for his senior season. Defensive lineman DeMarcus Christmas had a breakout year and instead of taking advantage of it, will try to improve on it and fulfill a promise he made to his mother.
“I AM NOT DONE YET FSU!” I made a promise to my mother that I would go to college and get my degree, that’s the most important thing to her . So that being said I will be returning to FSU my senior year. #GoNoles #nolenation pic.twitter.com/dhAyXC4gp8

The 6-foot-4, 308-pound lineman recorded a blocked kick, 36 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack and four pass breakups. He should help new coach Willie Taggart make a smooth transition on that side of the ball and gives the defensive line some beef next season as well.
