Report: After flipping schools, Dan Mullen becomes one of the highest-paid coaches in the country

Florida has officially hired former Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen for the same position and now we have some reported contract details. He is set to make more money per year with the exception of four coaches.

And here is his buyout number:

Dan Mullen contract terms: $6 million annually over six seasons. UF has a $12 million buyout if let Mullen go, while Mullen would pay $2 million to get out of deal.

Those four coaches who get paid more? Nick Saban, Dabo Swinney, Jim Harbaugh and Urban Meyer in that order. That means Mullen is reportedly going to make more money Florida State's Jimbo Fisher, Texas head coach Tom Herman and Stanford's David Shaw among others, of course.
