Duke has been without big man Amile Jefferson for over a month now and so any more injuries for this team could derail a season that's been on the up and up. Matt Jones gave Duke a scare when he injured his ankle against North Carolina and Derryck Thornton didn't help the cause when he injured his shoulder against Louisville.
Mike Krzyzewski gave an update on the two and fans will be glad to hear they are available against FSU this week.
K reiterates that he expects both Matt Jones and Derryck Thornton to play Thursday vs FSU. No structural damage to Thornton's shoulder

Duke is going to need all the help it can get if it wants to work its way up the ACC standings and into the NCAA Tournament as a strong seed. There are six guys playing over 25 minutes a game and that's because this bench is not anywhere near deep. The Blue Devils play FSU on Thursday.
