Former Subway pitchman and current pervert Jared Fogle thinks his current prison sentence is too long.
According to the release of several text messages from Fogle to escorts in the sex slave business, Fogle shouldn't just be under the jail, but should have it dropped on him from the International Space Station.
"I'll pay you big for a 14- or 15-year-old," said one text to an adult escort, according to a story in the Indianapolis Star.
Another read, "Did you find me some young girls or boys?" Fogle wanted the children to be able to prove age, adding, "If they can and you get me 16 or below, I'll give you 400 at least."
Fogle plead guilty to charges involving child pornography and sex with child prostitutes. Fogle is appealing the sentencing because they've exceeded federal guidelines as well as the agreed maximum when Fogle took his plea deal.
Fogle's lawyer acknowledged his "inexcusable acts," but wrote in their court filing, "Even in the (judge's) view, Fogle will not likely reoffend after receiving treatment for 120 months. The question is then: Why sentence him to more than five years beyond that?"
Outside of being a total creep/child predator, maybe they have a point?
Or maybe they're trying to keep Fogle out of harms way. Jared has already seen met the hands of prison justice when another inmate beat him to a bloody pulp.
