Cal beat Ole Miss 27-16 this past weekend to start the 2017-18 season off 3-0, but that's not what everyone is talking about today.

No, today, people are talking about the award-winning performance from Golden Bears' wide receiver Vic Wharton III, who has certainly given us a flop of the year candidate. Frankly, this is the type of flop that may go down in history in the "best ever" category.

This wasn't just a flop, this was art in motion. In fact, don't be surprised if the WWE ends up calling Wharton once his time in the collegiate ranks is done because that was a textbook bump.  He felt the slight contact from the Ole Miss defender and promptly turned it into a flip. All this is missing is some commentary from Jim Ross and we've got ourselves a bona fide wrasslin' highlight.

This is the stuff legends are made of in the squared circle.

Wharton caught five catches for 57 yards and a touchdown in Cal's win over Ole Miss, but his great game was completely overshadowed by his flop.

Yes, those numbers will go down in the stat books, but a flop like this?
