The pro-wrestling world has dealt with several deaths over the past week, and it doesn't looks like things are done quite yet.

On Friday, the Greg Oliver of Slam Wrestling reported that former pro-wrestling star "Bruiser" Bob Sweetan had passed away earlier this month at 76. Sweetan, also known as "Mr. Piledriver" was known for his stints with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), Mid-South Wrestling, and Stampede Wrestling in Calgary. In addition to winning a litany of championships, Sweetan also had notable matches against legands Tully Blanchard, Jesse "The Body" Ventura, and Bill Watts.

Sweetan was also known for his demise later in his career, as he was convicted of sexually abusing his then 15-year old daughter back in 1990. Sweetan was later deported to his native Canada in 2000 when, as a convicted child molester, he stopped checking in regularly with police.

Other deaths in pro-wrestling recently include George "The Animal" Steele and Ivan Koloff.
