Charles Bassey is the top recruit in the class of 2019 according to 247Sports, but it looks like he won't be able to raise his stock or keep it where it's this season. The San Antonio native has been ruled ineligible for the season by the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools.
The 6'10", 220-pound Bassey plays for Saint Anthony Catholic High School where he averaged 20.2 points, 17.1 rebounds and 5.9 blocks per game last season. He currently has offers from Kansas, Baylor and Texas A&M.
