Steve Spurrier is not only a legendary coach and player having won the Heisman award and coached a Heisman winner, but he's also a legendary burn machine. He'll roast anyone who gets in his way as Nick Saban and LSU found out recently. And it looks like he'll have another avenue to do that as SI's Richard Deitsch is reporting he will join SiriusXM as a college football analyst three times a week.
The gig starts on Tuesday and he'll be on every Tuesday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm ET, every Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm ET, and every Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00 am ET. We can surely expect some great stories and some excellent commentary on the state of college football from him as well as he stays in touch with the game and has been working as an ambassador for the Gators the past year.
