Well there goes that redemption tour.

According to Cleveland.com, an arrest warrant was issued for Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon. The warrant reportedly comes after Gordon failed to appear in court for a paternity case hearing on Aug. 31.

The case stems from a complaint made in juvenile court from Christina Lockhart of Maple Heights, who says Gordon is the father of her now 1-year-old daughter.

...

Subpoenas were sent to Gordon in Los Angeles, and several Cleveland addresses. Gordon never responded to them, according to court records.

Gordon is currently serving a four-game suspension for a positive drug test, but he played in the preseason and he looked impressive with quarterback Robert Griffin III. Of course, Griffin is possibly out for 10-12 weeks with a shoulder injury, and now it looks like Gordon could be in even more trouble thanks to this arrest warrant.

That trouble won't be from the NFL at least, as the arrest isn't expected to cause further suspension.

An #NFL spokesman said that the warrant would not have any affect on #JoshGordon's conditional reinstatement. #Lucky https://t.co/KUTdCeBzJ6
