Humongous 340-pound OG Steven Jones heading out-of-state with big commitment

This is very literally a huge commitment! Four-star California offensive guard Steven Jones already has the size of a starting lineman at 6-foot-5 and 340 pounds, and it looks like he made one school extremely happy on Wednesday by announcing his commitment to Oregon.

First off, I would like to thank every coach out there who has given me the opportunity to play at their school. I would also like to thank all of my friends and family who stood by my side though this whole recruiting process and helped me make this long lasting decision. After a lot of thought and prayer, I have decided to further my education and football career at THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON!!

Jones is the latest in a string of commits for Oregon that has seen the Ducks jump into the Top 5 of the recruiting rankings over at 247Sports. With Jones on board, Oregon now has 21 commitments for the 2018 class.
