The Tennessee Titans fired head coach Mike Mularkey despite a playoff run this year. Now, they've officially got a new head coach in a rather inexperienced Mike Vrabel.

Vrabel is somewhat of a questionable decision considering he really only has seven years of coaching experience with only four of them coming in the NFL. He was most recently the defensive coordinator for the Texans where they were a bottom 10 team in passing yards and a pretty solid team in run defense.
Now he will he get a chance to prove that his defense was for real and can hopefully give franchise quarterback Marcus Mariota some help to win more games and get back to the playoffs.
