Vega times the snap and jumps over the center to take out the quarterback, and it appears force a fumble that he recovers himself (that's what the video's description says on YouTube). It looks like the referee calls an incomplete pass, which makes no sense in the situation, but either way it's an impressive play. Jumping the line isn't really a smart play, especially because if you mistime it you give up free yards to the other team and look stupid. However, when it works, it does look pretty cool.
