Marvin Bagley is the nation's top recruit for the class of 2018 and he went on SportsCenter to make his commitment. There were rumors he would reclassify so that he could get into the NBA Draft a year sooner and potentially become the top pick for 2018. It turns those were true as he not only committed to Duke, but also decided to reclassify to the 2017 class.
The 6'11", 220-pound versatile forward out of Phoenix, Ariz. chose to play for coach Mike Krzyzewski and he will likely become a one-and-done on his way to the NBA Draft. He averaged 25.8 points, 14.9 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game on the Nike EYBL circuit.
He also had offers from Kansas, Kentucky, UCLA, UConn and Louisville among other schools.
