Nebraska punter and former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler passed away in a tragic car accident in July. The sole survivor of the accident — LSU's Colby Delahoussaye — returned to the field in the Tigers' game against Mississippi State on Saturday, making his only field goal attempt.
This weekend against Auburn, though, Delahoussaye will have custom cleats to honor his two friends that were killed in the car accident, and suffice to say, the cleats are awesome.
This is for my two boys, I got you guys always with me! This season is for y'all! Love and miss you two. @samfoltz27 @Sadler_3 pic.twitter.com/8PYAfGTsQF

The cleats say "SAMIKE" on the bottom to honor both of their names, and both of the punters' numbers are inscribed on the cleats; Foltz wore No. 27 at Nebraska and Sadler wore No. 3 with Michigan State.

We've already seen several sweet tributes to Foltz and Sadler, but this one may be the most emotional considering that Delahoussaye was with them that evening. The three were reportedly on their way to a wedding reception before the accident.
Best wishes to Delahoussaye and the families of Foltz and Sadler going forward.
