It appears Florida won't have an issue with the deep ball with the arrival of true freshman quarterback Feleipe Franks.
During a football camp where he was a counselor, he and the other counselors decided to test their arm strength in an old fashioned longest throw contest. Some of the best quarterbacks in the country were counselors at this camp with Franks, including Clemson's Deshaun Watson, Miami's Brad Kaaya, UCLA's Josh Rosen and Georgia's Jacob Eason.
Franks topped all of them with a 78-yard bomb.

Of course this doesn't mean pencil in Florida as SEC East champs, but they can at least take solace in the fact that Hail Mary's are a viable option if he's under center.
While we don't have video of the throw (yet), here's a MaxPreps video that shows why Florida likes him, and he uncorks a bomb at about the 1:15 mark.
