
It was announced back in April that Joe Schad — who had been with ESPN for over 10 years — would be leaving the network after his contract was set to expire.
At the time, it was speculated at the time that Schad may leave to go to FOX Sports, but Schad finally made it clear on Friday that he would be taking up a position with the Palm Beach Post to cover the NFL and the Miami Dolphins.

Schad previously worked with the Post before he started at ESPN.
In his time with ESPN, Schad worked on College GameDay, Sportscenter, and College Football Live. He also did work as a sideline reporter and was a mainstay on ESPN.com.
