How dominate are the Dodgers? At 78-32, they're the only team in baseball with a winning percentage that exceeds 70 percent (.709). They've already buried the National League West, and have a 14.5 game lead over the Colorado Rockies, who .577 winning percentage is third overall on the National League, and fourth in all of baseball.

"It is history in the making," Dodgers' manager Dave Roberts told reporters after another ho-hum win, this time against the New York Mets (7-4). "But when you get back to the day-to-day, I don't think anyone is really thinking about that."
