If there was ever any question of how big the LaVar Ball phenomenon has grown, this might be the best indicator.
The NBA's favorite stage dad was parodied by veteran cast member Kenan Thompson during a special edition of Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update this week.
Thompson, in true Ball form, gloated about himself and his basketball player sons, while making several outlandish statements.
"I've got one son in the NBA and two on the way," Thompson said as Ball. "I'm like Earl Woods, Joe Jackson and Dena Lohan all rolled into one. Never lost!"
Thompson, as Ball, also claimed to be "eight feet tall," "jumped 20 feet high" and "ate 100 turkeys" during Thanksgiving.
Looks like Ball has a new target for his criticism in the form of the tenured SNL cast member.
