
Four-star receiver and cornerback Julian Barnett doesn't have to make a decision on his commitment until next year's early signing period or even in February of 2019. However, he's already made up his mind on where he wants to play his football and that's at Michigan State as he made that clear in this tweet:

Barnett had gotten an offer from Ohio State on Thursday, but stuck to his guns and will stay in-state with the Spartans. He is rated as the No. 3 cornerback in the class of 2019 and the No. 2 recruit in the state of Michigan accorrding to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
The 6-foot-1, 186-pound corner also has offers from Notre Dame, Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia and Iowa among others.
