When you watch this video you realize just how influential and historically relevant a show like MTV’s Jackass was. When you think about the internet landscape these days, 90% of the videos people film of themselves trying to go viral are more or less connected in some way to the antics that were on Jackass. The video you are about to see is most certainly rooted in Jackass influence and it’s not even close.
Now, why someone would film something like this isn’t really what we should be encoding. What we should be, and will be doing is grimacing, laughing, and being surprised at how absurd the lengths people will go to get a little bit of internet fame.
