Well this one wasn't exactly predicted by most recruiting experts.
On Tuesday night, four-star linebacker Alston Orji (6-foot-2, 225 pounds, Rockwall, TX) shockingly spurned both Texas and Oklahoma when he announced his commitment to Vanderbilt.

Orji is an enormous get for Vanderbilt, as the composite four-star is ranked as the No. 6 linebacker in the nation by Rivals. It's fair to say that Vanderbilt doesn't get a ton of recruits of this caliber, but they have one for now with Orji's pledge.
Vanderbilt now has four commitment's for the 2018 recruiting class, with Orji being the highest-ranked of the four.
