He was believed to be deciding between Clemson and Alabama and it looks like we have our answer on where he'll play next year. He committed at the Under Armour All-American Game, landing at Alabama:
The 6'1", 192-pound safety out of Roswell, Ga. is the No. 8 recruit in the state of Georgia and No. 8 safety overall in the country and is considered the No. 70 recruit overall.
247sports' Crystal Ball listed Clemson as a 100 percent shot at landing McKinney.
One of the top recruits in the country had offers from Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Auburn and Arkansas among others.
