Well that didn't take long.
Four-star quarterback Ryan Kelley (6-foot-3, 170 pounds, Chandler, AZ) decommitted from Oregon on May 3, putting a top class of 2017 recruit back on the board. He didn't stay there for long, however, as Kelley announced a new commitment to Arizona State on Friday.

Considering the short time between commitment and decommitment, it looks like Kelley already had a school in mind when he decommitted from Oregon earlier in the week.
Kelley, a pro-style quarterback, is the No. 5 ranked recruit at his position for 2017, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is only the third commitment for Arizona State's 2017 class, and he is by far the highest ranked prospect of the three.
