The full 12 schools: USC, Michigan, Washington, Wisconsin, Oregon State, UCLA, Baylor, Pittsburgh, California, Washington State, Arizona State, and Colorado.

247Sports currently has Banks listed as a USC-favorite, but it appears that Jim Harbaugh and Michigan are closing in, too. Michigan became the 10th school to offer Banks a scholarship when Jay Harbaugh made a visit on Tuesday.
