The powerhouses can't get every top recruit, now can they?
Four-star linebacker Tyshon Fogg (6-foot-2, 216 pounds, Towson, MD) said no to all of the usual powerhouses on Sunday, instead announcing his commitment to Rutgers via Twitter.

Fogg was also reportedly considering Stanford and Maryland.
Rutgers isn't a powerhouse, but new coach Chris Ash is doing all the right things to try and get them there. Fogg is the 15th commitment for Rutgers for the 2017 recruiting cycle, and their class currently ranks 19th over at 247Sports.
