Four-star cornerback Jamyest Williams (5-foot-9, 170 pounds, Loganville, GA) has announced his commitment date, where he will choose between five finalists. Those finalists are Georgia, South Carolina, Clemson, Ohio State, and Tennessee.

Williams will make his decision at 3:00 p.m. on August 27 at Grayson High School.

The four-star recruit narrowed down his decision to these five after fielding offers from 50 teams. Right now, Georgia and South Carolina are considered the two favorites, with the Gamecocks currently holding the slight edge. Carolina could probably use him the most, as he would immediately become their top-rated recruit of this class if he were to commit.

Williams is the No. 7 cornerback in the 2017 class and the No. 53 recruit overall, according to 247Sports.
