Of those two teams, the Seminoles are definitely the team that is trending upwards for Mitchell, and the 247Sports Crystal Ball has started to shift in Florida State's favor in recent days. That would make some sense, as Mitchell took a visit to Tallahassee just a few weeks ago and it was the final visit that he would take.
Mitchell is rated as one of the top linebackers in the 2018 recruiting class, and is a five-star according to Scout. Overall, he ranks as the No. 2 inside linebacker per the 247Sports Composite.
