Jim Harbaugh isn't always delighted to deal with the media. The Michigan program has been very hesitant to release information under his leadership and Harbaugh has engaged in some spats with various members of the press. On Thursday, though, Harbaugh had something of a run-in with ESPN's Jeannine Edwards and, this time around, it probably wasn't his fault.

In short, Edwards repeatedly asked Harbaugh about a comment that defensive end Taco Charlton made earlier in the week concerning Florida State and the fact that Michigan had not "seen bikinis" yet during the team's time in Florida.

Edwards asking four follow-up questions to an already silly prompt was likely too aggressive for Harbaugh's taste and this entire situation does not strike anyone who follows Harbaugh closely as something he would engage in publicly. On one hand, there are silly questions like this over the course of a full lead-up to a bowl game, but Harbaugh is the exact opposite of a coach who would provide an on-point response and there has to be some sort of acknowledgement of that.
The media takes heat for firing less than ideal questions at times and this provides skeptics with more ammunition. Godspeed to the next reporter who prompts Harbaugh with a question in the same vein.
