
Four-star cornerback Elijah Blades has been committed to the Florida Gators since last summer, but recently took a visit to Nebraska. However, he said he was still "85 percent" committed to the Gators. It seems that number is much lower than that as he's officially decommitted and will explore some options right before National Signing Day.

The 6'2", 170-pound is just the kind of player the Gators have turned pro in recent years so losing him in the class is pretty disappointing. It also looks like at least one current Florida player took notice and let Blades know how he really feels about the decision:

247Sports has him ranked as the No. 16 cornerback in the class of 2017 and now gives the Cornhuskers an 89 percent chance of landing him with Florida and USC both at six percent each.
