Houston Astros pitcher Dallas Keuchel has become one of baseball's best pitchers this season, and as a result he has a right to gain some confidence on the mound. During Sunday night's game against the Texas Rangers, Keuchel struck out Delino DeShields Jr. DeShields thought it was ball four, so he began to make his way to the first base line.
Keuchel gave DeShields a friendly reminder that it was strike three by yelling at him to "sit down." It may not be pleasing the baseball gods that Keuchel trash talked a little on the mound, but in my opinion, we could use more pitchers like this in baseball. Not to mention Keuchel currently leads the American League with a 2.12 ERA and 0.97 WHIP.
