Here's what head coach Dabo Swinney said, via Tiger Net:

'He's practiced all week. Ready to roll. Nothing's changed. Ready to go,' Swinney said after Wednesday's practice.

There were originally concerns that he may not have been able to play earlier in the week.

This was the play where Bryant was injured:

Getting back the only true experience the team has at the quarterback position for a game in the dome would be key for Clemson. If Bryant was unable to go, Zerrick Cooper and Hunter Johnson have seen some game action this year and would have be fine against Syracuse with the help of Clemson's top-5 defense.

Bryant has thrown for 1,259 yards and four touchdowns this season, adding 401 yards and 7 touchdowns on the ground.
