Colin Kaepernick's case continues as he believes there is collusion in the leaguekeeping him from signing with an NFL team.

While one insider believes Kaepernick will never play in the NFL again, Kaepernick's lawyer recently noted he believed the quarterback would sign with a team in 10 days and apparently the Houston Texans' owner has "signed off" on working out the controversial quarterback after Deshaun Watson's season-ending injury:

Texans owner Bob McNair signs off on workout for Colin Kaepernick.

The Texans have already signed a quarterback to play behind now-starter Tom Savage:

Texans will have Matt McGloin behind Tom Savage. McGloin will get a crash course with O'Brien to get up to date on offense.

Pro Football Talk is reporting this is not accurate and Kaepernick won't work out for the Texans.

"I think within the next 10 days somebody will sign him," he said. "I think somebody's gonna sign him. I think the NFL has to come to their senses, and realize every day that goes by just proves the collusion case even more."

Kaepernick walked away from the San Francisco 49ers in March, and hasn't landed an NFL job since.

He's drawn little interest, and apparently a snub from the Tennessee Titans resulted in his collusion case.

Owner Bob McNair has been embroiled in controversy after and idiom gone wrong, and what better way to get his locker room back in his corner than signing Kaepernick?

Could Houston be where Kaepernick lands?
