Aaron Rodgers didn't even make it through the first quarter of the Green Bay Packers game against the Minnesota Vikings before he had to be carted off the field and into the locker room with a shoulder injury. The team later announced Rodgers indeed suffered a broken collarbone. He's expected to miss the rest of the season.
A furious Rodgers was seen cursing out Anthony Barr, the Vikings linebacker who drove him into the ground with a painful, but very legal hit.
Apparently, that's because Rodgers felt he was disrespected after the hit, per CBS Sports:
"I looked over at him as I walked off the field," Rodgers told O'Brien. "Cameras caught me saying something to him but what they missed was him [giving me the] finger [and the] 'suck it' sign."
In a later interview, Rodgers wouldn't confirm if it actually happened during an interview with ESPN, but noted, "It's TV. Sometimes you exaggerate. And then sometimes you tell the truth."
